Monastery of Our Lady of Consolation
TRIANA
Since 1565, when the first nuns arrived in Triana, the current monastery has remained in the same location on Calle de la Cava (now Pagés del Corro) in the very heart of Triana, being the only monastery of contemplative life in the neighborhood.
Our Charism is manifested in offering the Church a unique testimony of Evangelical Penance, expressed through the practice of Humility, Charity, and Lenten Life.
